You could reserve an apartment at River Park immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 750 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 30 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan. No company is needed to be set up in order to obtain a property at River Park.
No commission is charged from the buyer for this property.
Payment plans
Any apartment can be reserved for a period of 30 days upon transfer of a non-refundable reservation fee of 750 Euros, which sum shall be deducted from the last installment.

1. 40% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 30 days from the reservation.
