Summary: Stanimira Petkova is a manager at Varna office, who back in 2006 performed a key role in organizing and launching our brand new office in the sea capital of Bulgaria. Stanimira was born in Varna and had received part of her early education in Moscow.After that she graduated the Foreign Language School “Geo Milev”, Varna specializing in English and Russian languages. She holds a Master degree in International Tourism granted by the Economic University –Varna, which Stanimira graduated with honors. Stanimira’s working experience includes her position of a Senior Assistant to the General Manager and Director of Operations at Kempinski Hotel Grand Hermitage focusing on work coordination of all main departments. She was part of the Executive Committee in the hotel, consisting of members with multilingual origin such as Danish, German, Greek, and Italian. Being a senior assistant her main strength is to follow up on projects and to make sure that every task is completed in a timely and professional manner. Stanimira started her carrier in the Real Estates business in 2006 as Associate Retail and Office Plots. At the moment Stanimira is taking significant part in all office deals, she is helping and training her colleagues, using the best examples in the real estate practice. Her main strength is negotiation with foreign investors and key clients. Stanimira participated in numerous real estate fairs and exhibitions in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and Romania, as well as in many TV programs broadcasting about real estates business in Bulgaria and abroad. In 2007 Stanimira was given the annual award of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES for BEST MEDIA APPEARANCE. Again, in 2008 Stanimira and Varna Office were distinguished with the annual company award for Apartment Sale of the Year.
