Summary: Evgeni Zlatev occupies the position of Regional Manager responsible for North-eastern Bulgaria, which covers the property sales and rentals along the Northern Black Sea coast and Varna city.

He joined BULGARIAN PROPERTIES back in 2006 and as a General Manger of Varna Office he was assigned the ambitious task to organize the functioning of a brand new office branch and to create a team of productive professionals. His leadership and his extensive experience in the field of the real estate business played a key role for the success and reputation of the company in this region.

Born in the town of Dobrich, Evgeni studied in the elite language school “Geo Milev” specializing in French and English. He continued his education in the Economic-University-Varna and graduated with honors Commerce. After that he received his Master’s degree in Economy and Management of Real Estates. Evgeni also lived in London for two years where he performed on the stock market as an independent broker.

After returning back to Bulgaria in 2004, Evgeni started his career in the real estate business as a chief broker in charge of “Commercial and office areas”.

Currently Evgeni continues to personally involve in all office deals, as well as to help and train his colleagues using the good practices established in the sector. Evgeni’s strongest point is negotiating with investors and key clients.

At the end of 2007 Evgeni Zlatev received the annual award of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES for exceptional contribution to the company development. In 2008 he was awarded with the prize for Apartment Sale of the Year and in 2009 he and his office received the Most Expensive Apartment Sale 2009 award.
