Summary: Elena Terzieva is a sales manager at the residential and commercial properties sales office in Sofia. She was one of the first real estate consultants who started working in this office. She joined the agency in January 2005 but her practice in the real estate sphere dates back to 2002.
She worked at the Real Estate Department with the Ministry of Defense and in 2004 turned to the private sector.
In her work Elena is perfecting herself in deals with Bulgarian and foreign investors by acquiring sales skills for all types of properties.
Presently, she specializes in sales and rentals of business and commercial properties in the Bulgarian capital.
Elena was born in the town of Rousse where she studied parallel in two secondary schools with profiles Bulgarian and literature and English. Then she graduated the Sofia University, specialty Sociology.
Elena owes her experience and knowledge of the local market to the courses of BULGARIAN PROPERTIS and other renowned real estate agencies she has attended. She regularly attends various sales seminars. In her work Elena counts on the contacts she has established with various specialists – lawyers, architects, economists, brokers, etc.
As a result of the great results she achieved in 2009 Elena was awarded with the annual award of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES for Most Expensive Office Sale 2009.
