Summary: Nikola Stoyanov is the Managing Partner and Co-founder of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES. He was born in 1974 in the town of Vidin, northwestern Bulgaria. He graduated from the English Language High School in Vidin and then went on to study Finances at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.

Nikola Stoyanov and Mihail Chobanov founded BULGARIAN PROPERTIES in 2003. They met in 1997 in the UK and started working together on various projects. In 1999 Nikola Stoyanov returned to Bulgaria and set up his first business in the sphere of tourism, including arranging all details for foreign tourists traveling to Bulgaria. Later the management of the business was undertaken by Silky Holidays who continue to manage it successfully.

The present Chief Operations Managers Polina Stoykova and Victor Vucheliiski also took active part in the launching of the company. What followed were the property boom years when there was a lot of work, new offices were opened around the country and sales increased manifold. The main clients in the first years were British and Irish.

For a short time BULGARIAN PROPERTIES turned into the leading agency selling properties in Bulgaria to foreigners and into an absolute leader in terms of number of concluded deals. With the aim of offering high-quality complex services to the foreign buyers a decision was made to set up a few subsidiary companies which will optimize the servicing and will offer the clients comfort and security.

Thus in 2005 Nikola Stoyanov founded the property management and maintenance company PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BG, the subsidiary APARTMENTSBULGARIA.COM for renting the properties out on a hotel basis and the furnishing and interior design company FURNISH BG. Due to the increased demand of newly-constructed apartments and villas the development company Chobanov & Stoyanov Ltd was set up. By itself or in a partnership with other developers the company built over 100,000 sq.m. of new buildings and provided a quality product to its clients. A unit dealing in project management and investment control was also set up, which later grew into an independent company called ANABELLA PROJECTS. In order to execute its development projects, as well as exclusive projects sold by BULGARIAN PROPERTIES, the company has worked on the project management of over 50 buildings and developments in Bulgaria.

In 2007 the favorable economic conditions made people wealthier and Nikola Stoyanov saw the increased demand for elite properties by Bulgarian and foreign buyers, especially clients from Russia. In order to meet the needs of this group LUXIMOTI was created – a real estate agency selling and renting luxurious properties in Bulgaria and abroad. The new company gained speed really fast and became the number one company for sale of elite properties in Bulgaria. Even today, in the conditions of a real estate crisis, LUXIMOTI is working successfully and is concluding deals in the most elite market segment.

For the marketing and advertising needs of the companies Nikola Stoyanov founded the advertising and marketing agency Hotdrink Communications, where work some of the best experts in the branch.

The newest member of the BULGARIAN PROPERTIES group of companies is the consultancy organization BusinessForSale.BG specializing in business consulting, mergers and acquisitions which was set up in 2009. At present this division of the company offers over 300 businesses for sale in Bulgaria and services clients/investors both from Bulgaria and abroad.

In 2009 Nikola Stoaynov launched another new company in a completely different field of work, and namely HEALTHY LIVING. Under its main brand this company develops a few different activities related to healthy living - a shop for healthy and bio foods and products, a medical center, a labour medicine force, import of healthy and bio products, trading and distribution, production of healthy foods inder its own brand, etc. The company also has an interesting internet portal containing a lot of information on the topic and much more.

In 2010 the unit for servicing corporate clients TEAM CORPORATE - part of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BG - was also launched. This unit deals with business trips and accommodation of employees, team buildings, event management and organization of corporate events.

In all the years since the founding of his first company Nikola Stoyanov has been a successful entrepreneur with working ideas and business foresight. He has been working tirelessly to achieve success in all his undertakings and to provide quality servicing to the clients. He personally set up the foundations of each of the companies of the BULGARIAN PROPERITIES group and to a large extent still takes part in their management. The main driver in his work is the abiding by high work standards, provision of flawless servicing and offering a wide choice and flexible plans to the clients. His striving to offer innovations and modern marketing and management techniques have played a crucial role for the companies’ success. His honest behavior to his employees and partners has added considerably to the motivation of his co-workers and to the overall success of his ideas. Nikola develops his businesses with long-term plans, a solid platform and flawless work models.
