The stairs at the side of the villa lead to a solid wooden door to upper apartment. This apartment is identical to the ground floor apartment except that the entrance hall leads to a spacious balcony with a built-in barbecue, a garden table and six chairs. Also the kitchen has a rear door with a small balcony outside. The furnishings and fittings are the same with a few minor variations in style and colours.

There is a large covered barbecue area at the rear of the villa with locally hand-made wooden furniture to seat twelve or more people.
