“Еden Lake”

The lake is a large 250,000 sq. metres.

It has silted up quite a bit over the years and further to that there is a break in the dam, will need some clearing to bring back to its former glory and lessen the effects of summer drying.

There are 2 access roads to the property. One of 2.5 kms and the other of 800 metres from the asphalt road.

The property will lure those keen on nature and clean environment, especially now, when the rural and eco tourism gain popularity in Bulgaria.

Reservation of the property
You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the Preliminary Contract.
