Luxury furnished villa near Sunny Beach

This luxury villa is nicely situated in a small holiday development of four houses with a pool and a barbecue in the village of Kasharitsa, municipality of Nessebar. The village of Kosharitsa is situated on the foot of Stara Planina Mountain and just 6 km away from the sea. Here you can enjoy relaxing walks in the beautiful deciduous forests, mountain slopes and hills. There is a lake only 5 km away. This makes the village a little paradise for fishing fans, because they can enjoy both river and sea fishing.

The villa we offer is two-storey, with total built-up area of 140 sq.m. and consists of:
First floor – big living room with dinning area and kitchen area, corridor and a bathroom with toilet;
Second floor – 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, a laundry;

The villa is luxury furnished. The living room has a corner-sofa, TV cabinet and TV. The dinning area is furnished with a big dinning table with 6 chairs, two sofas, and a fireplace. In the villa is built a water-jacket, which is used for heating the whole house. The kitchen area has built-in kitchen cupboards with sink, mixing tab and integrated cooker, hobs, extractor. The bathroom is fully equipped with all the necessary accessories.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms furnished with furniture as follows:
First bedroom - double bed with headboard and bedside table, built-in wardrobe, toilet table
Second bedroom - double bed, wardrobe.
Both bedrooms on the second floor have big balconies from which you can enjoy beautiful view to the sea and the mountain. The bathroom on the second floor is fully equipped with all the necessary accessories.
The flooring in all rooms is a laminate. Only in the kitchen are placed terracotta tiles. All rooms have air conditioners. The villa has a solar collector.

The village of Kosharitsa offers the coziness of a small settlement. The village is buzzing and full of live. Here you can find everything necessary for a comfortable and modern life – many shops, restaurants, a community center, beautiful church, school. A lot of foreigners bought apartments and houses in the area of the village, due to which the atmosphere here in the summer is truly international.
The village of Kosharitsa has very good transport links to the villages in the area. Regular transport connects the village with the famous holiday resort Sunny beach, which is only 7 km away. At the same time Kosharitsa is far enough to preserve the peace and quiet that are so typical there. Sunny beach has 8-kilometer-long beach with golden sand, where you can find almost every water attractions. For those who like the night life and entertainment the resort offers many night clubs, discos, restaurants, beach bars and etc.

Nessebar with its Old Town is only 9 km away from Kosharitsa. It is included in UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Site due to its unique architecture and preserved old churches. Nessebar is prefers destination for romantic walks and photography holidays.
The regional city of Bourgas is only half an hour away by car. The Bourgas International Airport is less than 30 minutes away and in the summer it has regular and charter flights directly from all big European airports.
