The village of Umarevtsi is situated in Northern Bulgaria and is part of Lovech Municipality. It is located 7 km from the town of Lovech, being connected to it by road and by rail. Near the village there is a ballast station, located on the Osam River. Near the village are to be found the area the "Devil's knee", part of the mountain region "Stone".
The area of the Umarevtsi village does not offer a great variety of properties for sale. There are however offers for houses, villas and plots of land.
