Bright and spacious, the studio is situated on the the ground floor. With area of 28 sq.m, the studio consists of a living room with kitchen area and a sofa-bed, a large bathroom/wc and an "English yard" type terrace. The apartment is offered completely furnished. There is also cable TV and cable Internet connection in the studio. The bathroom/wc is fully furnished with a shower, toilet, sink and boiler.

Allocated parking space is available inthe proivate yard of the building, reserved only for this studio.

Reservation procedure
You could reserve this studio immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Eur, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Upon paying the deposit the studio will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
