During the summer, the outside swimming pool could be used.

The restaurant is fully equipped and it is in exploitation. It’s capacity consists of: 60 places from the inside and 50 places from the outside. He is rented aut.

The ateliers are with an area from 30 to 46sq.m. and are given for rent fully finished in the following order: a twin bed, a dressing table, a wardrobe and a sanitary room. Along with every atelier, there are terraces, some of which have a magnificent sea view.

Reservation Procedure
You could make a reservation immediately by paying one monthly rent. On the day of accommodation you should also pay refundable damage deposit of three monthly rents.

Rental price
The long-term rental price of the house is 1500 Euro per month without VAT. This price does not include the utility costs for electricity, water, TV, Internet, maintenance of the garden and the pool.
