Large supermarket for wholesale and retail trade of food and industrial products, located in the town of Dupnitsa. The building is situated close to the center of the town and along the main road E-79, access to which is done by a side road.

The store has a metal prefabricated construction and was built in year 2002, according to all requirements of the current legislation in the construction, while the materials used have European certificates.

The total area of the property is 4662 sq.m, where the maximum capacity of construction is 2200 sq.m. The total area of the supermarket is 1246 sq.m, and the amortization period is 80 years. The rest of the area (3416 sq.m) is asphalted and used as a parking zone.

The parking is covered with a layer of gravel, a layer of pebbles and one layer of a dense mixture of asphalt and concrete. The fence surrounding the property is made of metal columns and grid. The sidewalks are limited by concrete curbs.

Technical details of the building:
• The building was built under a project for supply and installation of metal hall Astra model of the Belgian company “Frizomat”. The building has the following dimensions: width 25 m, length 49 meters, height of 5 meters, ridge height - 7.40 meters. The main structure is made of metal and is reinforced by cement. To ensure full stability of the building between the columns supporting elements are mounted benchmarks 3.30 m high on the ground level. The outer walls are made of two-layer sheet which is placed between non-ignition mineral wool. Glazing is available only on the east facade, the entrance for customers and the offices in the northern facade. The aluminum windows are double glazed. On the western facade, at the entrance of the store is mounted a sliding door with top rail with 3/3.60m dimensions on which there is a shed with dimensions 1.50/9m. The interior walls are constructed of plasterboard.
• For roof are used trapezoidal hot dip galvanized steel sheets, with additional silicone and polyester coating (two layers one outside and one inside). On the roof, in front of the building are fitted three meters thick plastic for natural light. Plastic canvas have the same profile as the sheets. The insulation of the roof is of mineral wool placed on foil and reinforced with glass fibers. The floor of the building is of concrete, made in the technology of vacuum beton. Below the concrete is placed a layer of insulation Fibran covering out of the contours of the building.
• The building has the following separate zones: entrance 25.30 sq.m, commercial area 946.07 sq.m, warehouse of 278.63 sq.m. The warehouse is separated from the trade hall with partitions. In a trading hall are built administrative offices and sanitary facilities for the clients. In the warehouse are built changing rooms and sanitary facilities for the workers, as well as refrigerated storage zones for the products. The access of the customers is carried from the eastern part of the building, while the delivery trucks come to the west side.
• The supply of running water to the building is carried out by the urban water supply network through steel pipes F -109, H-1. The electricity in the hall is carried by two cables Sawtell 3*185 +90 placed in an underground channel. All panels and metal items of equipment are grounded. Grounding also covers all metal construction, and therefore a lightning rod needs not to be separately installed.
• Electric lighting is constructed almost entirely from lamps.Emergency indicators are installed by independent power supply.
• The building has a cooling and heating system Ataro Klima LTD.
