Payment Plans

2) Discounted payment plan
A discount of 7 % of the purchase price will be offered for all apartments purchased with the following payment plan:

• 10 % when the whole building is fully completed with receipt of Certificate for Habitation-Act 16 (around December 2010)
3) Deferred payment plan
All apartments purchased on this payment plan will have their original price increased by 15 %:
• 5 % reservation deposit, non-refundable.
• 15 % when signing the preliminary contract some 30 days after the deposit is paid. (+ 3% commission)
