You should only cross a road to enjoy the perfectly arranged sea park and the magnificent wide fine sand beaches. A well-sized tennis court and one of the most modern football stadiums in Bulgaria are within walking distance as well. The coffee bar is on the main road from Varna and Sunny Beach which is quite busy especially in summer.
The coffee offers 60 seats dispositioned on two floors with total area of 135sq.m and after paying an annual fee 40 more seats can be used outside.
