First Mall in Stara Zagora to Open by End of October
The first mall in the Bulgarian town of Stara Zagora - Park Mall will be officially opened in October 2008, the company investor announced. The construction of the site, which is located on the main highway to the Black Sea city of Bourgas, started in March last year.
The trade center spreads on 30,000 sq.m. of total built-up area of which 20,000 sq.m. are commercial areas. It will have six cinema halls with a total of 950 seats, as well as a Piccadilly store.
The total number of the trade sites is over 120 as they include stores, cafes and restaurants. Some of the brands to be found in the mall are Mango, Calliope, Sprider, Beauty Zone, Adidas, Andrews fashion, Denyl, Etere, Fox, Seven Seconds, etc.
Over 25 million euros have been invested in the mall and the staff members are about 800.
