30.03.2009 An airport to Be Constructed Near Gotse Delchev

Two years ago “Krosi Mountain resort” JSC bought 890 decares land plot in the region of the ex-military runway from the Ministry of Defense. The airport is in the region of Musomitsa village. Experts from BSA announced that it won’t have environmental impact in the site.
The runway will be 2,5 km long and will be able to service domestic and international charter flights.

A new terminal is planned to be constructed at Varna Airport at the end of the summer. It will be built by the concessionaire of Varna Airport and the terminal will cost 30 million Euro.
