Opening of the luxury complex Sunset Deluxe
Villa Marittima - the first phase of our luxury residential holiday complex Sunset Deluxe in Kosharitsa opened officially on 26.07.2014.
The premium complex is one of a kind on the whole Bulgarian black sea coast and is based on the concept of “Close to the nature and in harmony with it”.
The party was attended by clients-owners of apartments in the complex, managers and staff of Chobanov & Stoyanov Ltd - part of our corporate group of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES HOLDINGS, architects from GENIG STUDIO, representatives of the General contractor and subcontractors, colleagues from real estate agencies.
The solemn consecration of the complex and for the health of its residents celebrated father Dimitri from the Orthodox Church of Nessebar.
The delicious meals and drinks where offered by the culinary specialists from the Sunset Kosharitsa restaurant.
Vocal-instrumental duet “Fantasy” cared for the good mood of the guests.
The owner of the company-investor Nicola Stoyanov and the chief designer and the owner of architectural Bureau GENIG STUDIO Angel Angelov solemnly cut the ribbon.
The party continued with songs and dances, and at 22.00 in the evening there was a firework salute in honour of the newly opened complex.
