Bulgaria’s Registry Agency launched SMS service against property fraud
Today Bulgaria’s Registry Agency launched a new service for SMS-notification, which will alert citizens about real estate frauds.
People, whose property has been sold without their knowledge, will receive a text message on their mobile phones with information about the transaction. The software will also inform managers of companies, when changes are recorded in company’s registration and changes in the management and ownership are attempted to be made.
Client will receive the SMS-notification upon receipt of application for the change. So the legal owner or manager will have three days to stop the procedure.
The service is paid and subscription costs BGN 6.00 for two years and it includes 500 SMS. Instructions for using of the service are published on the website of Trade Register.
