BULGARIAN PROPERTIES gave its Annual Awards for 2014
At an exquisite celebration in one of the finest piano bars in Sofia BULGARIAN PROPERTIES and LUXIMOTI marked the starting of the Holiday Season and the end of a very successful business year. The companies' Board of directors gave the traditional annual company awards for achievements during the year.
Here are the winners in the different categories for 2014:
• The 2014 Highest Number of Property Sales prize was awarded for the fourth subsequent year to the Burgas Office. It was presented to its Regional managers Tsvetan Petrakiev and Dinko Slavov.
• The winner in the category Highest Number of Personal Sales is Martin Kaishev from our Head Office in Sofia.
• The award Highest Number of Property Rentals in 2014 was given to Silvia Gocheva from the Varna Office.
• The 2014 Most Expensive Apartment Sale award was given to our top estate agent Konstantin Kalachev from the Vitosha Office - Sofia for a sale of a luxury apartment in capital.
• The Most Expensive House Sale award goes to Konstantin Kalachev from the Vitosha Office – Sofia and Orlin Orestov from the Tsar Asen Office - Sofia for a mutual deal.
• The company award for Highest Number of Published Listings was given to the website editor Maria Lashkova from the Head Office, who published 1,200 offers on our website!
