Sofia cultural highlights for March 25th
The artists from the National Ballet of Spain (NBS) will perform at the National Palace of Culture, NDK, in Bulgaria’s capital city Sofia on March 25 at 7.30 pm.
The ballet group will be performing Ravel’s Bolero and Bill Whelan’s Seville Suite. Choreography will be done by NBS artistic director Antonio Najarro.
The 50 dancers will be performing to live music. A special wooden floor is to be installed at the stage of Hall 1 at the NDK, so that the public can hear better the sound of heels to the rhythm of flamenco.
At the same time, the programme of the European Music Festival will delight the audience with a concert of the Ruse Philharmonic Orchestra and Dunavski Zvoutsi mixed choir at Bulgaria Concert Hall on March 25 at 7.30pm.
