Experts report of yet another month of decrease in prices of offices in Bulgaria. In 3Q 2011 rental rates in the new office buildings in Sofia dropped by 3.6% compared to the previous quarter. A new airline has entered the Bulgarian market. The Bulgarian seaside city of Bourgas welcomed the first flight of German Sky Airlines a few days ago. The airline company will have regular flights every Friday until the end of the tourist season.
