25.03.2010 BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Chief Operations Manager: Sale Prices of Hotels in Bulgaria Start from 100,000 Euro

A report shown in the morning program of Pro.BG television on March 19th comments that at present about 1,000 hotels are put up for sale in Bulgaria, as part of them are offered on the site businessforsale.bg. From bungalows to five-star first-line developments are offered for sale as there are hotels whose price is similar to that of an apartment in the capital Sofia.

The Chief Operations Manager of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Polina Stoykova says that the cheapest hotel offers start from 100,000 to 300,000 euro – these usually are small family hotels, 2-3 houses in a complex for renting out or buildings at shell stage.

The trend shows that some of the developers sell shares or look for partnerships, while other just did not know how to manage their business. The more enterprising developers turn the hotel rooms into studio apartments and sell them at a bargain price as there is a lot of interest in the and they are sold fast.

According to the Chief Operations Manager of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES the company offers completely finished apartments in Bansko at prices starting from 12-13,000 euro, as well as seaside apartments in finished complexes for as low as 7-8,000 euro.
