BULGARIAN PROPERTIES participated at "Residence Expo - 2013" in Novosibirsk

The last exhibition for the spring season for our company has finished in Russia – “Residence Expo - 2013. Real estate and investments abroad” in Novosibirsk. The capital of Siberia and the third largest city in the country after Moscow and Saint Petersburg, and the largest and most developed city in the Asian part, located 3,350 km from Moscow.

The exhibition was held in the most renowned restaurants in the city - La Maison, occupying a fine old building from the beginning of the last century, in the center. Organizers, our foreign partners Vyacheslav and Antonina Dumenko from the company «Slavyanskaya Artel", had taken care to hold an international exhibition of a high level. In the exchibition took part companies selling properties from Bulgaria, Spain, Czech Republic, Italy, UAE as well as agencies and developers. In three days from April 4 to April 6 2013 the stands of the exhibitors were visited by numerous potential buyers, investors and professionals in the field of real estate from Novosibirsk, neighboring satellite towns and villages in the whole region. The event was covered by several local media - television, radio and print.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES’ stand was one of the most remarkable at the whole exhibition. Top complexes of our subsidiary developer „Chobanov and Stoyanov” were presented at large banners: Sunset Deluxe, Sunset Villas, Emberli, Sunset Kosharitsa as well as strategic projects which BULGARIAN PROPERTIES is marketing - Dawn Park Venera Palace and Green Life. Our clients could get to know from our catalogues and brochures about all the interesting properties we are offering in our large database for sale and rent in Bulgaria.

Every visitor to our stand was extensively consulted on all important matters concerning the purchase of property in Bulgaria. The exhibition was attended by Tsvetan Petrakiev, a regional manager of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES for all Southern Black Sea Coast towns and resorts, and Nicola Stoyanov, Managing Partner of the company. Nicola Stoyanov has held talks and agreed to work in partnership with many agencies and real estate agents working in Novosibirsk region. Relying on more local and foreign partners representatives, our company will cover greater area and reach more clients. We have hold a short presentation about our company, its advantages and directions of our work.

The exhibition in Novosibirsk was extremely useful for BULGARIAN PROPERTIES from many perspectives. Besides all the directors of the company managed to feel the atmosphere of the city and region, clients' attitudes, problems encountered, their desires and opportunities to purchase certain properties in certain regions of Bulgaria. The gained new contacts and experience after the exhibition in a distant region of Russia, will allow us to further improve our business model and service of clients.
