30.09.2008 Autumn BalPEx Accents: Residential and Holiday Properties

A few days before the beginning of the Balkan Property Exhibition (BalPEx) almost all commercial areas at the exhibition hall have been taken up by development companies, real estate agencies, financial institutions, consultancy companies, architectural companies and property management companies.

The visitors will be offered lucrative promotions and offers by over 130 exhibitors who will present to the corporative and private clients current projects and various services. The visitors are expected to be offered Sofia homes for as low as 30,000 Euros.

Leading banking and financial companies will take part in the exhibition with lucrative credit products. Those clients looking for a property abroad will also have the opportunity to look for something to suit their taste.

BalPEx will be held from 10th to 12th October at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia. The autumn BalPEx traditionally stresses on residential and holiday property offers oriented both to end-clients and corporate clients.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES will take part with three projects in Sveti Vlas, projects in Aheloy and Lozenets, as well as in Sofia and will present the exclusive gated community Belvedere Holiday Club in ski resort Bansko which offers luxury apartments and wonderful amenities.

BalPEx usually takes place along with local conference BalREc - Bulgaria which will be held on October 9th 2008 at the Sheraton Hotel Sofia. The topic of the conference will be State and Perspectives before the Real Estate Market in Bulgaria: 2008 – 2010. The forum will focus on the local real estate market and will look into the new perspectives and development trends in response to the altered investment climate in Bulgaria. Its aim will be to gather in one place professionals from the branch to debate, make recommendations and take decisions, to outline the main trends on the real estate market and the parameters of success.
