Karnobat is a town situated in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria, and it falls within the administrative boundaries of Burgas region. The town lies on the main road connecting the capital and the Black Sea coast and it is 340 km east of Sofia and 35 km north-west of Burgas.
Karnobat Municipality has good environmental parameters. The region has a wide variety of game, which is favorable prerequisite for development of hunting tourism. Fishing is concentrated mainly in the 80 manmade water reservoirs, the vicinity of which is convenient for picnics, hunting and fishing.
