Golf properties for sale and rent

Bulgaria is a country with unique landscape and mild climate which helps the advance of golf tourism and the construction of golf courses both at the seaside and in mountain areas. Bulgaria has the ambition to turn into a leading golf destination by engaging world-famous golfers like Gary Player, Ian Woosnam and Jack Nicklaus to design the new golf courses around the country.

At present Bulgaria is becoming more and more popular with its excellent golfing conditions and high-class golf courses as investing in a golf property in Bulgaria is a very lucrative deal. In some cases after buying or renting a golf property you automatically receive a membership in the golf club. Owning a property on a golf course is a chance to become a part of an aristocratic culture with centuries-long history.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES offer many properties for sale and rent on a golf course as their prices remained relatively stable despite the global crunch and the state of the property market in Bulgaria.
