New Luxury Holiday Development Constructed on the Bank of the Danube River

The modern apartment complex Danubia Beach, set 28 km from the town of Vidin, is already welcoming its owners and guests. The luxurious first-line holiday development is set on the bank of the river Danube offering amazing views to the river.

The newly-built complex is located on the main street of the beautiful village of Simeonovo. The village is set on the main road Sofia-Vidin and is only 5 km away from the international road E-79 connecting the future Danube Bridge 2 with Greece via Sofia. The eastern exposition of the village of Simeonovo is the feature that makes it unique. Also, close to the village there are two islands which are part of the Bulgarian territory.

The investor in Danubia Beach is the company Chobanov and Stoyanov Ltd. The construction was executed by Perfeto Stroi Ltd. Bulgarian Properties Ltd. is the agency holding the exclusive rights to sell the apartments in the development.
The complex is designed by architect Gabriela Dzhambazova and architect Pavel Ivanov from Art New Vision.

The architecture of Danubia Beach is characterized with soft oval shapes which are in harmony with the environment. The project is developed as a mixture between a residential and holiday development for year-round use and combines Danube’s natural beauty with a number of possibilities for sports and recreation like sailing, fishing, water skiing, swimming, and sunbathing.

The total built-up area of the four-storey complex is 2,300 sq.m. and the apartments are fully finished. The development offers a number of amenities and extras as well: an open-air pool with a children zone, a café, a wonderfully landscaped garden, a children’s playground, a private river pontoon for sun-bathing and boat mooring. A seven-seat motor boat will also be at the disposal of the owners and the guests of the development.

Danubia Beach was fully finished in August and is now welcoming its owners, tourists and long-term tenants. The management and letting of the properties in the complex has been entrusted to the company Property Management BG Ltd.
