The construction of a new residential complex is to start this October in Sofia’s quarter of Lyulin VIII. The Lyulin Suites project is remarkable for its modern architecture and pleasant environment. The development is located on a small quiet street in the best part of the quarter which guarantees coziness and peace to its future inhabitants. In close proximity to the complex one will find a metro station, a public transport stop and the busy Tsaritsa Yoanna (Queen Joanna) boulevard which guarantees fast access to downtown Sofia. In the area there are a number of big stores and supermarkets, a few schools, kindergartens, medical centers, restaurants and cafés. The ring road leading to the spa resort of Bankya is also not far from the development.
