Looking for a property for up to 500 EUR/sq.m.?

“Buyers can find apartments for under 500 EUR/sq.m. mainly in the Bulgarian seaside and ski resorts”, said Polina Stoykova, the Chief Operations Manager of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES.
“There are already many finished developments where the owners lowered the prices considerably in the last year or so and prices there start from just 350 EUR/sq.m. For example, apartments in a development in Bansko with issued Certificate of Habitation, unfurnished, set about 1.5 km from the Gondola can be bought at prices from 490 EUR/sq.m.”, added Ms Stoykova.
There are similar offers in the seaside resorts of Balchik and Sunny Beach.
“Apartments in Balchik – again fully finished, with a sea view, start from 390 EUR/sq.m. The list of such offers is quite long.
In the last month the demand on the part of Bulgarian buyers in the seaside resorts is higher, including in the resort of Sunny Beach, where we have concluded deals with fully furnished apartments next to the beach at prices starting from 600 EUR/sq.m.”, explained BULGARIAN PROPERTIES’ Chief Operations Manager.

A unique mosaic was discovered by archaeologists in the city of Stara Zagora in Bulgaria. The mosaic depicts the three figures of Bacchus and two bacchantes, all companions from the suite of God Dionysus. The mosaic is a unique finding for Bulgaria.
