New Central Sofia Residential Building Boasting Wonderful Location and Pleasant Environment
The construction of Antim Suites residential project in Sofia is already at an advanced stage. The building is located in the heart of Sofia, on Antim I Str., close to Todor Alexandrov Blvd and the streets Pirotska and Tsar Simeon. The location of the site combines the advantages of the small quiet street which is only a short walk away from the big commercial and business centers and the proximity to a big boulevard providing easy access to any part of Sofia. This area has been attracting quite a lot of investments in the last few years one of the most significant being Mall of Sofia.
The developer and investor in Antim Suites is MM-KO Ltd. The architectural design is the work of architect Vesselin Nyagulov. Bulgarian Properties Ltd. is the exclusive agency selling the property.
The total built-up area of the building is about 2000 sq.m. It will consist of 15 apartments, 3 ateliers, 13 garages, an office and a shop. The distribution of the rooms is very functional as the space is used in such a way as to avoid any loss of space in corridors and hallways. On the other hand, the small number of apartments in the building means easier maintenance of the common areas. From the higher floors of the building the residents will enjoy wonderful views towards Vitosha and the Alexander Nevsky cathedral.
The design of the façade is an impressive combination of wood and decorative plastering in warm colors creating a sense of luxury and harmony. The PVC joinery is a golden oak color adding to the pleasant appearance of the apartments both inside and outside.
The common areas will also be finished with materials in warm colors as the flooring will be high-quality granite. Every detail in the common areas – the massive wooden front door, the stainless steel lift with a mirror and sound system, the motion sensor lighting – will add to the overall harmony in the building.
Security has not been left behind, either. The building will have CCTV cameras which will be monitored 24 hours a day by security guards in a special security room.
The project is expected to be completed in September 2010.
