Maintenance of the Common Parts
The maintenance of the common parts in the centre will be organized by the investors who own the building. The fee for the maintenance of the common parts of Gladstone Business Centre is 60 Euro/month with VAT for each office. The fee shall include:

∙ Payment of the electricity bills of the staircase
∙ Security
∙ Reception services
∙ Repairs offered from the normal exploitation of the building
