Edelweiss is a gorgeous, brand-new development opposite the President’s Palace on the foothills of Vitosha Mountain, surrounded by green and opened in September 2009.
Apartment 9 has wonderful views of the city below, and over 164sqm of space. You enter the apartment via a long and spacious lobby. The main rooms branch off it.

At the end on the left, through a wide set of double doors, is the living area – a particularly large room with windows on two sides, the dining area, breakfast bar, and open kitchen. This is a great room for entertaining.

Through the French windows is the private balcony, which has terrific views across the Sofia valley. On a clear day you can see the mountain range to the north of the city. There is a second balcony on the right side.

In the living room are a large sofa, easy chair, plasma TV, rugs and plenty of shelving and drawers for your possessions.

The kitchen / dining area is beautifully equipped with Bosch cooker, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is even a coffee machine.

To the right of the front door a short passage leads to the master bedroom, with two sets of windows, double bed, bedside tables, plenty of wardrobe space, a chest of drawers, and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet. This room looks out on to the mountain.
