Property in regulation developed with a preliminary investment project suitable for the construction of self-eco village in a natural environment park, situated on hilly terrain, near a river. The project was developed in two alternatives, is shaped like the concept of ecologically sustainable occupation of land, construction of separate residential units, functional complementarity of public and recreational buildings.

The second solution is the concept of concentration of housing units separate from the commercial and administrative, by building an extensive park and internal limiting traffic in the complex, in which option-family residential buildings are 65, with an area of 9750 square meters, the area of 11 multifamily buildings is 9975 square meters and multifunction office buildings are developed on an area of 5400 square meters and two variants of individual projects are designed not to exceed the gross floor area of 25,000 sq . m using only about 11% of urban indicators stipulated in the maximum gross floor area of over 217,000 square meters, thus achieving harmony with the natural surroundings of the place.

Available for sale is aggregated land, the whole area of 108,756 square meters, representing a combination of regulated property destined for housing, with a total area of 70,000 square meters and property in the process of obtaining the same purpose. Achieved high performance for existing urban displacement, forming the ground - density 70% coefficient of intensity 2, height 15 m + 4,5 m communications are addressed through urban water supply and power, launched a procedure for the design of treatment plant wastewater. City Pravets (Spa, Golf and Sport) is only 50 km in the vicinity of the famous resort Ribaritsa from Sofia Teteven to be reached by Hemus highway and E772. The altitude of the territory of Teteven and county varies from 340 m to 2100 m. In the center is 412 m. The climate is continental with relatively mild winters and cool summers. It is surrounded by a crown of peaks, and the city and its surroundings are included in the Central Balkan National Park. Surrounding mountains are a pleasant environment for tourism and recreation, there are many good ski conditions. Beli Vit River and its tributaries, the conditions for fishing and beach in the summer are excellent. Beautiful rock formations near Teteven offer good conditions for climbing.
