Total project cost - BGN 2.2 million, subsidy - 50%.
The property has its own water basin as well as a capped water supply source with Permit from the Basin Directorate. A contract was signed with EVN to build a power substation at the expense of EVN.
The distillery for essential oils has a capacity - 4 pots necessary for the processing of rose flowers (own production). In the property can be added more pots for production expansion.
The plantations with oil-bearing roses are of organic plant materials purchased by a company certified for the production of bio seeds. The distillery is for organic products processing and is designed with the latest technological solutions.
The advantages of the project are that the distillery with be built with its own plantations, equipment and machinery, as well as a building fund under European programs so the personal investment will be less than 50%.
