Balgarevo is located in North-East of Bulgaria, it is part of the Kavarna municipality, the district of Dobrich. The settlement is situated 70 km from the city of Varna and it’s international airport. Today the village is well developed in agriculture, small craftsmanship and fishing. The recent years, the infrastructure has been more developed too, so now more people stay at local lodging apartments and family hotels. A famous landmark near the village is the reservoir of “cape Kaliakra”. The well known sea resort of Rusalka is located near Balgarevo too.

The regulated plot’s area is 7403 sq.m, as it is situated in the region of the sea town of Kavarna. The parcel is only 900 meters from the sea and there is a fine panorama to it.
