Approximate property location

For sale is this large plot of 5500 sq.m., located exactly on the main E-79 international road connecting Western and Northern Europe to the south-east of the continent and the Middle East. Some 15 km from the town of Vidin and approx. 20 km from the new Danube bridge connecting the city of Vidin to the Romanian town of Calafat. This 236 mln euro investment is funded by the EU and will be constructed until year 2010, making it one of the main transport corridors of Bulgaria and the European Union. This will speed up the local economy and will increase the price of the properties in the region of Vidin.
The plot is situated exactly on the main E-79 road on its front end. It has perfect location for the construction of large stores, logitics centre, petrol station, road service complex or a motel. The proximity to the regional centre of Vidin, its great location exactly on the road and its low price of just 5 EUR per sq. meter make it a valuable investment among the constantly increasing land prices in Bulgaria and the lack of suitable land for development or commerical purposes. There is no annual tax to be paid on this land. Also, there are no management charges or fees to be paid during the whole period of ownership. This land is an excellent investment for a speculative buyer who can sit on it for 1-5 years and re-sell it with profit as it is at the moment.
Currently the land is classified as "Agricultural", but can be easily changed to industrial or development land, depending on the aim of the end-buyer.
