If you are planning to spend your holiday in a picturesque location, you shouldn’t miss this offer for a two storied house, located in a nice village, 45 km away from Stara Zagora city. This is the sixth largest town in Bulgaria, famous with its straight streets, linden trees and the origin of many poets. The famous ski resort Pamporovo stays at the distance of 109 km from the village.

The property in short consists of two storied house with living area of 90 sq. m, a summer kitchen – 40 sq. m, a parking lot for 3 cars, a garage for 1 car, a shelter and a garden vast 900 sq. m.

Ground floor: Here the living area is distributed between a corridor, a living room, two closets and a room. The walls of the whole house are made of bricks and stones, the flooring here is cement, and the windows’ frames are wooden.
First floor: Here you can find two bedrooms and an entrance. The flooring on the storey is wooden, and the frames of the windows are wooden, again.
The summer kitchen includes a corridor, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a wet premise.

The garden is middle - sized and now it is planted with fruit trees and flowers. There is also a well, which helps for the watering.

The house is in basic condition and needs rearranging of the roof tiles, refreshment of the woodworks and renovation of the plasters. There are some cracks on the external stairs, too.
