A: No, kitchen furniture is not included in the asking price and no other furniture or electric appliances are included in the asking price. However Bulgarian Properties Ltd. are able to fully furnish and fit kitchens on request.

Q: Management costs, ie. to rent it out and maintainance costs?
A: Bulgarian Properties Ltd. will advertise and rent out houses at this development. Also we will provide full property management and maintenance, cleaning, payment of bills, etc. We will run reservations and meet customers at airport/train station, etc. For these we charge 20% of the profit generated by a house. The profit is formed as the total amount of the income minus the total amount of expenses (bills, cleaning lady, cable TV, repairs (if any), transport costs for meeting customers, etc.).

Q: Holding deposit?
A: Any house of Blue Sky can be reserved immediately for 3 weeks with 900 Euros deposit by Western Union. After 4 weeks the 30% deposit is required to be paid by bank account of the developing company and the preliminary contract to be signed.
