If you are able to locate sources of many possibilities, then tick off this offer as it is a resourceful one. The property consists of a house with approximately 40 sq. m living area, an outbuilding and a huge garden (2750 sq. m). Although the house is not in habitable condition, the offer is still a very attractive one due to the size of the garden on one hand and the location of the whole property on the other.

The dimensions of the plot, spreading over 2750 sq. m, make for various ways of using it and turn it into a suitable place for large-scale building works or subdivision alternatively. The location of the property guarantees for peacefulness – it occupies the end parts of the village, stands 500 m away from its centre and hardly 2 km away from the banks of a beautiful lake and in a village, surrounded by woods. At present the house has no water and electricity supply. However, they can be reconnected and a telephone land line can be installed as well so that all the important communications are available. There isn’t an asphalt road, leading to the property currently. The town of Kaspichan lies only 26 km away from the village though, which ensures easy and fast access to Varna International Airport (some 95 km away), as Kaspichan and Varna are connected by a motorway. The distance to the town of Shumen is 45 km, now also directly connected to the motorway.
