We offer for sale a lovely 2-storey house with yard located near the center of a picturesque village with a post office, shops and a bus stop for easy connection with Montana, Lom and Vidin. The village is located in the northwestern Bulgaria, 5 km from Montana and only 3.5 km from the Ring road of the town, on the road to Vidin and thus the described village turns to be a part of its suburbs.

The property consists of a dwelling of 120 sq.m., two garages (one of which with a channel) and a garden of 720 sq.m. with an outbuilding.
