New house near Nikolaevka dam

We offer a well appointed three bedroom house in the picturesque village of Nikolaevka. The village is rural with woodland on the approach road to the property. Just a short ten minute walk from the property there is a fishing lake(stocked with carp, sheatfish, cat-fish, rudd, taranka and other) and further lakes a fifteen minute drive away. The village has a restaurant, bar and shops close by, were you can purchase most items.

Nikolaevka is serviced with local buses to the towns and villages in the vicinity. It is distanced only 30km from Varna(25km from the airport) and the location is extremely popular with its clean environment and lovely nature. In the past few years, many foreigners bought properties here for seasonal and year-round living.

The property is on the approach road into the village, giving easy access and sample parking. The house is built on a split level with some traditional stone work and slate to the exterior.

Entering from the side is the dining area with a mezzanine bedroom/study room above. Through into the open plan lounge and kitchen area with feature stone wall. The boundary of the property has various plum trees, walnut tree and a cherry tree. The garden also has apple trees, pear tree, grape vines and a further plum tree.
