House in complex Sun House

We are introducing a beautiful house with garden in complex Sun House, in the area of Cholakova fountain near Kosharitsa, just 3 km from Sunny Beach and 10 km from Nessebar. Bourgas International Airport is only at 20 minutes drive, and international airport in Varna at a half an hours. The area of the complex is very quiet, the proximity of the sea and the Balkan Mountains allows a relaxing holiday. The complex consists of 6300 sq. m, and has a two-level pool, cafe, bistro bar, playground, place for barbecue, 24 hour security.
The house that we offer in the complex Sun House, has two floors with an area of 140.18 square meters and also a yard of 30 sq. m. The house is built in traditional architectural style of the area with the use of natural materials like stone and wood. Only the finest materials are used in building. Wooden windows and wooden shutters are installed. Bathrooms and toilets are fully equipped.
Sun House complex has a unique location so in the day you can enjoy sunbathing on the Black Sea coast, walks in the mountains or a walk around the resorts or the historic town of Nessebar. At night you can also choose between two wonderful opportunities - or to enjoy the sea breeze in peace and quiet on the beautiful porch of the complex overlooking the sea or indulge in noisy fun in the nightlife of Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas and Nessebar .
