The house has been built 2 floors and is now in a very decent condition. The total built up area is 110 sq.m., which consist of: entrance halls, a hallway( 6 meters long), a living room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms( 6 x 3 m. each), a bathroom with toilet and another premise, suitable for a second bathroom.
