BULGARIAN PROPERTIES offer a one storey neat house in very good condition, situated in the village of Dabovik.

Dabovik is located in North-East of Bulgaria, it is part of the municipality of General Toshevo, the district of Dobrich. The village is situated 18 km from the town of Dobrich, 70 km from the city of Varna, 56 km from the world famous beach resort of Albena and 50 km from the sea town of Balchik. The settlement is well developed and the local people are proud with their cultural customs. This is the birthplace of the famous Bulgarian poetess – Dora Gabe. There is a monument built in her honor and in the cultural club of the village, there is a memorial exposition of her. Every year in Dabovik a competition for young poetesses is carried out, as well as a contest for young man playing on wooden flute and singing national songs. The village is a great destination for rural tourism and relaxation, cause of its beautiful nature and well kept traditions.

The property has a total built up area of 90 sq.m. and the yard has an area of 1000 sq.m. as outside there are fruit trees, a vineyard, a summer barbeque and some outbuildings.

The house consists of a kitchen, a hall(terracotta on the floor) and two bedrooms. There is a new bathroom and toilet. A renovation of the roof is made too. The property has a nice location in the village, as it borders on two streets.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
