Wonderful holiday house in a small ski resort with dam views

This wonderful holiday house has a great location being nicely set up in the small ski resort of Tsigov Chark and in the area of the beautiful dam of Batak. Velingrad, known as ”the Spa capital” of the Balkans is only 22 km away from it and Plovdiv and the available airport there are 70 km away.

The property in short consists of a spacious three-storey house with 200 sq.m. living area and a nice garden spread on the area of 200 sq.m.

Ground floor: Here you can find a living room with a kitchen area (which includes kitchen equipment, a cooker and a fridge), a bathroom/toilet, a storage and a veranda.

First floor: An internal staircase made of granite and with banisters leads to the area of the floor where there are two bedrooms, a terrace and a bathroom/toilet. The flooring in the bedrooms is laminated floor, this one of the terrace is covered with terracotta tiles. The windows in all the premises are UPVC framed.

Second floor: The same disposition of the rooms is available here. The terraces reveal wonderful panoramic views towards the dam.

The home utilities includes a fire place and a cable TV. The house is supplied with electricity, water and a septic tank.

The area is extremely beautiful and is an ideal place for holidays. The resort is not overcrowded and this cozy house gives you the chance to enjoy both winter and summer holidays.
