This massive, solid house is located at the end of a beautiful, well-developed village situated between the towns of Vratsa (44 km) and Varshets (13 km). The property is just by the road to the neighbouring village. There are nice views towards the rocks and the mountain.
The house is less than 200 meters away from the center of the village, a shop and the bus stop (public transport is available).
The disposition is as follows:

It is one of the oldest resorts in Northern Bulgaria. Varshets is popular with its mineral springs, the beautiful scenery, the wide, well-maintained park and the mild mountain climate, creating favorable conditions for conducting effective Climatotherapy and prophylaxis. The average annual temperature is above 10oC. The autumn is warm and long, the summer is cool and the winter is relatively mild winter. The city is the administrative center.
Other popular sites are Todorini kukli peak, Klisurski monastery, Berkovitsa ski resort (about 30 km away). The region is very suitable for rural tourism, fishing, hunting, mountaineering.
