The property consists of one storied house with accommodation of 75 sq. m., outbuildings for a store or animals and a garden vast 1650 sq. m.
Ground floor: It consists of a glazed veranda, a corridor, a living room, a bedroom and a WC/bathroom. The walls of the whole house are made of bricks and stones. The flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.
The property comes with a garden which is now planted with fruit trees, flowers and a box tree. There is also a well at the area which makes the watering of the garden easier.
