Nice property in a peaceful fishing area

Our new offer is a single storey house nicely disposed at the end of a middle-sized village. The second largest town in Bulgaria (Plovdiv) is located 45 km away from the village and there is another smaller city, which is situated at about 9 km away from it.

The property comprises of a house accommodating the total living area of 100 sq. m., a large garden spreading over the area of 1500 sq. m., a basement, a parking lot and an outbuilding.

Ground floor: There is a corridor, three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The walls of the house are made of bricks, the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.


The garden is quite spacious and it is planted with fruit trees.

The property is in basic condition. It is supplied with running water (inside and outside the dwelling) and electricity. There is no telephone landline installed in it for the moment but it is not difficult to install such. The property has only one external toilet. The road is a dirt one, but easy accessible.

The village itself offers the following facilities: a food shop, a cafe, a school, a church, a health service, regular bus transport to the towns in the vicinity. The surrounding area attracts with its peacefulness, beautiful landscape and it is appropriate for fishing and hunting.
