This pretty house is located in a wonderful village in Shumen region. Varna City is only one hour drive from the village.

There are three lagoon-lakes: Ticha Lake,Kamchia Lake and Tsonevo Lake. The town of Shoumen, situated on the main road to the capital Sofia is just 30 min from the village.
