St. Constantine and Elena is the oldest resort along the Bulgarian black sea coast. It was founded in 1908 as a balneology center. It was first visited by Czech, Poles and Germans. Its popularity is due to the unique combination of mountain crystal clear air, mineral springs and the sea. The resort offers numerous mineral springs, balneology complexes, open- air pool with hot mineral water famous for its healing quality.

The resort is an elegant holiday destination which prides on a long tradition of hospitality. Situated in a fine old park with cypresses, lilies and fig trees, quiet bays, sand beaches and curative mineral springs, the resort offers comfortable hotels, villa-settlements and holiday houses, dominated by Grand Hotel Varna (one of the best Bulgarian sea hotels), modern restaurants serving national and European cuisine, sports and entertainment for any age, excursions.

The huge three-storey luxury guest house is on the seaside resort of St. Constantine and Helena that is situated 8 away from the regional centre of Varna and 10 km away from its international airport.

The house spreads over an immense living area of 282 sq. m. and has three floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with capacity of 40 seats. On the second and third floors are situated a three bedrooms with large balconies.

There are three more one-storey houses in the complex:
The first house is spread over 58 sq. m. living area and consists of two bedrooms with a bathroom and WC in each of them.
The second house is spread over 87 sq. m. living area and consists of three bedrooms with a bathroom and WC in each of them.
The third house is spread over a 98 sq. m. living area and consists of four bedrooms with a bathroom and WC in each of them.

The mansion has been solidly built; the construction is monolithic with stone exterior facing; the roof has tiles; the drain pipes are zinc and the window framework is wooden.

The complex has a yard of 1 384 sq. m. Its garden has been beautifully landscaped and made to ensure that the inhabitants will enjoy total comfort. There is a kids' play-ground, a barbecue area with a summer kitchen and a fireplace.

The house has its own heating installation powered by diesel fuel, electricity or solid fuel, also there are air-conditioners in each room.
